Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At Skyglow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, well-designed products alongside exceptional service and value. Please carefully review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Important Notice

No returns or refunds will be processed for faulty products unless your warranty has been activated within 7 days of your purchase.Β 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@skyglow.co.za or call 072 531 4485.

Depending on the reason for the return, the timing of the request, and subject to the terms outlined below, we may offer a refund, credit voucher, or replacement. Each case is assessed individually, considering the item’s condition, the nature of the issue, and applicable warranty or statutory rights.

1. Incorrect Products

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and remain sealed in its original packaging.
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
- We will arrange return shipping at our cost if the error was ours.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Report the issue within seven (7) days of delivery.
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to:

Note: SKYGLOW is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipment.

Any product returned with missing parts or accessories will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. Please ensure all components are included in the return package.

Refunds & Credit Vouchers

- If approved, credit vouchers will be issued within 3–5 business days and can be used in our online store.
- Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- If a replacement is not available, a credit refund will be provided.

Delivery times for replacement items vary depending on your location within South Africa.

Product Warranty

All Skyglow products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase or activation.

What the Warranty Covers:

- Faults due to manufacturing defects, materials, or workmanship.
- If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
Β  - Repair the item,
Β  - Replace it, or
Β  - Issue a credit voucher if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or neglect
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. dents, surface scratches)
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or chemicals
- Rough handling (including by children)
- Any usage of a product and then a change of mind.Β 

To Submit a Warranty Claim:

- Notify us within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and proof of warranty activation.
- Supply any required supporting documents or photographs.
- Follow the return instructions as outlined above.

While we aim to resolve warranty issues quickly and fairly, our liability is strictly limited to the remedies described above. Peachz is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
